These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Dad's Services website at trustdads.com, our online booking system, our contact and quote forms, and any text (SMS) or call communications between you and us. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

About Dad's Services

Dad's Services is a veteran-owned home services company providing heating, cooling, duct cleaning, insulation, dryer vent cleaning, and garage door services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Quote requests and appointments

Quote requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to confirmation. Any pricing discussed before an in-person visit is an estimate; final pricing is provided in person before work begins. Booking an appointment is a request that we will confirm, and does not by itself create a binding contract for services.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate contact, address, and payment information so we can schedule and perform service. We are not responsible for missed or delayed appointments resulting from inaccurate information.

Text (SMS) and call communications

When you submit a form, call us, or text us, you consent to receive messages and calls from Dad's Services related to your inquiry, appointments, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Services and workmanship

All services performed by Dad's Services are governed by the service agreement, invoice, or work order provided at the time of service. Any warranties on parts or labor are described in those documents.

Membership program

If you enroll in our membership program, the specific membership terms (benefits, billing, cancellation) apply in addition to these Terms and are provided at the time of enrollment.

Online booking through Housecall Pro

Our online booking is provided through Housecall Pro. When you book, you will also be subject to Housecall Pro's terms and privacy practices for the booking process itself. Customer records and scheduling are maintained in Housecall Pro on our behalf.

Website use

You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access. All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Dad's Services or used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dad's Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, online booking, or communications. Services performed in your home are governed by the work order or service agreement provided at the time of work.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
